The Challenge

The University of Maryland Medical Center, like most hospitals around the country, faces challenges in recruiting and retaining nursing staff.

The Approach

ThinkAgain worked with UMMC's marketing and human resources departments to plan a shoot that could provide video products for television commercials, web clips, and a special event video for Nurses Week.

ThinkAgain coordinated the resources needed and planned a three-day shoot that produced a series of video products for UMMC over the course of a year.

The Result

Through a collaborative effort involving both human resources and marketing, UMMC has a collection tools that serve as both recruitment and retention communications.
